At RCA Records as the Vice President of worldwide operations. He is renowned as an international expert on supply chain management.
Kevin Pegels
Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Illumina
Kevin Pegels, the current Vice President of Supply Chain at Illumina, has over 25 years of experience in supply chain leadership roles in consumer products and biotech companies. His specialization in E2E supply chain strategy, S&OP, inventory management, and system enabled process improvement has resulted in innovations for profitability in several businesses. His previous roles have been VP of Global Supply Chain for Bayer Healthcare Biotech Division, Sr. Director Global Supply Chain for Bayer Healthcare Medical Devices Division, Sr. Director Global Supply Chain Planning for The Clorox Company, Sr. Director S&OP/Supply Planning for Levi-Strauss & Co, and Sr. Director of Deloitte Consulting. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Horacio Enriquez

Horacio Enriquez, is a dynamic and innovative Supply Chain and Quality Operations executive with 25 years of semiconductor, telecommunications, consumer electronics, clinical diagnostics, biopharmaceutical, and integrated facilities management industry experience, including roles of progressive and increased leadership in Plan, Source, Make, Deliver business streams, supplier quality, risk, & compliance, and business systems integration organizations.
A graduate of Santa Clara University (BS Mechanical Engineering & MS Engineering Management), Horacio is CEO and Founder of Mission City Consulting, which provides end to end supply chain and quality operations consulting, education, and advocacy in private industry, higher learning, and government institutions. Besides being a Principal and faculty member of the Biotech Supply Chain Academy, Horacio is a UC Davis Graduate School of Management Lecturer (2019-2020 Academic Year) and Adjunct Professor (2020-2021 Academic Year).
Horacio also volunteers with the Bio Supply Management Alliance, American Association of Precision Medicine, and the California Life Sciences Association, where he has served in various roles including Chairman of the Council of Suppliers and Service Providers, Executive Education Program Founding Member, AAPM ACT Supply Chain Committee Chair, and Conference Moderator, Speaker, and Panelist (US, Belgium, Switzerland).
Dr. Khalid Shah
Vice President and Head of Pharmaceutical Operations and Supply Chain, Exelixis
Dr. Khalid Shah is the Vice President and Head of Pharmaceutical Operations and Supply Chain at Exelixis. His CMC and pharmaceutical operations organization includes clinical and commercial Drug substance and Drug product manufacturing, packaging and labelling to support Exelixis marketed products. He teams have successfully taken products through the development cycle, process optimization, process validation and subsequent product launches. Recently, he managed and oversaw development, optimization, validation, and launch of COMETRIQ® which was approved by the FDA in 2012 and in the EU following approval by the European Commission in 2014. Subsequent to that, his teams successfully developed and launched CABOMETYX® in the US and EU 2016.
Dr. Shah’s clinical supplies organization supports packaging, labeling and distribution of all Exelixis ongoing and partnered clinical trials across the multiple oncology clinical study portfolio. His team has successfully provided investigational products to more than 5000 patients over the last several years
Randy Bradley
EVP Digital Transformation in Life Sciences
Dr. Randy V. Bradley, an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management and a Haslam Family Faculty Research Scholar in the Haslam College of Business at The University of Tennessee, has been appointed as the Executive Vice President of Digital Transformation in Life Sciences, BSMA. Dr. Bradley is also the co-founder and Chief Information Officer for Q-Leap Health Inc, which develops innovative, collaborative solutions for healthcare professionals and practitioners to promote team science in an effort to address healthcare disparities and health inequities. Additionally, he is a co-founder and Director of the 501(C)(3) designated Consortium on Disparities in Urologic Conditions, which is in the process of launching the Scientific Consortium on PCa Education (SCOPE) Registry.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Supply Chain Advancement Network in Health (SCAN Health) and the Advisory Council of World Health Innovation Network (WIN), based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Negometrix, a Netherlands-based company with a US subsidiary that works with private and public organizations across many sectors to digitize their procurement processes.
Dr. Randy V. Bradley holds a Ph.D. in Management of Information Technology (IT) and Innovation, an M.S. in Management Information Systems, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering, all from Auburn University. He is a preeminent visionary, global thought leader, and highly sought-after speaker as a supply chain and IT strategist and researcher. In addition to his leadership roles with AHRMM, HIMSS, Negometrix, SCAN Health, and WIN, Dr. Bradley has contributed his expertise to many leading domestic and international associations, including the China Association of Pharmaceutical Commerce, Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA), Healthcare Supply Chain Network (HSCN), Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA), HealthPRO, Capstone Health Alliance, Material Handling Institute (MHI), National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP), Association for Information Systems (AIS), Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Decision Sciences Institute (DSI). Dr. Bradley has been recognized for his excellence in teaching and promoting diversity and inclusion in academia, including the 2019 Richard Sanders Faculty Leadership Award, National Association of Black Accountants 2017 National Achievement in Education Award and designation as a HIMSS Fellow.
